Manchester United are expected to make a final decision on the signing of Éderson this week as the Brazilian midfielder edges closer to completing his move from Atalanta.
The midfielder successfully completed the first stage of his medical examinations, with a second assessment scheduled before United deliver their final verdict on the transfer.
Once the process is complete, both Atalanta and the player will be informed, with the clubs having already agreed a €45 million transfer package that has been in place since June.
Softfootball previously reported that Éderson was set to undergo a second medical in the UK as Manchester United moved closer to finalising one of their priority midfield signings.

If the remaining medical checks are completed without issue, the Brazilian is expected to become another major addition to Michael Carrick’s squad ahead of the 2026/27 season.
Barring any late complications, Éderson is now on the verge of becoming a Manchester United player.
