Speaking to the media, Pérez insisted the Real Madrid locker room remains harmonious, stressing that minor training‑ground incidents should not be exaggerated.

The locker room is wonderful.
They’re the same guys they’ve always been, and they’re all friends.
But if one of them steps on another’s foot during training and they get angry, we shouldn’t blow it out of proportion.
Pérez’s comments come amid reports of tension after claims that Federico Valverde and Aurélien Tchouaméni were involved in a confrontation. The Madrid president moved quickly to calm the situation, insisting the squad remains united.
