Manchester United suffered a late setback as West Ham claimed a dramatic 2-1 victory at London Stadium in a Premier League clash on 27 October 2024, Softfootball reports.

The first half ended goalless, with both sides probing but failing to break through. Early cautions set a tense tone, with Lucas Paquetá and Konstantinos Mavropanos booked for West Ham, while Matthijs de Ligt received a yellow for United.

The deadlock was finally broken in the 74th minute when Crysencio Summerville fired West Ham into the lead, finishing a slick attacking move. Manchester United responded swiftly, with Casemiro heading home a Joshua Zirkzee assist seven minutes later to level the score at 1-1.
