Moses also shared his appreciation on his personal X page, writing:

He wished Victor Moses a happy birthday, adding that football had truly favoured the winger. He went on to recall their humble beginnings, saying he remembered when they were “drinking garri.”

Moses played a pivotal role during his time at Chelsea under Antonio Conte, who converted him into a wing-back, a move that proved highly successful. He scored four goals in the 2016/2017 season, helping Chelsea secure the Premier League title in 2017.
