Slavia Prague Confirm Signing Of Nigerian Midfielder Moses

Czech Republic club Slavia Prague have announced the signing of Nigerian midfielder David Moses, who joins from fellow Czech side MFK Karvina on a long-term deal.

The 20-year-old has put pen to paper on a contract running until December 2029, marking a significant step up for the youngster within Czech football.

Softfootball can confirm sports director Jiri Bilek expressed excitement about the signing in a statement to the club’s official website. He said:

David is an extremely interesting player, proven in the Czech league, many clubs were interested in him, not only from the Czech Republic.

We believe that he will fit perfectly into our playing style.

Moses himself expressed enthusiasm about the move, describing it as a major step in his career. He added:

It’s a big step for me, a big challenge. I’m going to the best team in the Czech Republic. I want to make a name for myself, help the club.
