Manchester United manager Rúben Amorim has responded to recent remarks made by Cristiano Ronaldo about the club’s internal struggles and organizational structure.
Softfootball understands that Cristiano Ronaldo spoke about Manchester United’s recent issues and overall club management during his appearance on The Piers Morgan Podcast, where he reflected on the changes he believes are needed at Old Trafford.

Ahead of United’s crucial Premier League clash against Tottenham, Amorim addressed the press, calling for calm and focus despite the noise surrounding Ronaldo’s comments.
According to Fabrizio Romano via his official X handle, the Manchester United boss Amorim said:
Cristiano knows he has a huge impact on everything he says. We know as a club we made a lot of mistakes in the past. We are trying to change that. Let’s not focus on what happened. We need to focus on the future.

Amorim’s response also highlighted his growing confidence in the team’s long-term project, insisting that Manchester United’s rebuild will take time but is already showing signs of progress both on and off the pitch.
Amorim will be hoping his players channel that same forward-looking mentality when they face Tottenham, especially after last weekend’s disappointing draw against Nottingham Forest a result that raised questions about the team’s consistency.
The Portuguese tactician will also be counting on his senior players to show leadership on the pitch as United aim to return to winning ways and regain momentum in their campaign.
