The Bayern Munich goalkeeper has today, 13th May 2026, agreed with Bayern for a renewal deal. Manuel Neuer officially joined Bayern Munich from Schalke 04 on June 1, 2011.
He signed a five-year contract at the time and has since become the club’s captain and a key figure, recently extending his contract to 2026.
Softfootball gathered from internal sources from Bayern Munich that final approval is needed by lawyers on both sides, and then Neuer will meet the directors to put pen to paper, as BILD reports. The new deal is expected to run until June 2027.
