Luciano Spalletti and Juventus FC have reached an agreement in principle over a new contract, with the deal set to run until June 2028, Softfootball reports.
The extension will keep Spalletti at the club for an additional two years, reinforcing Juventus’ long-term project after his appointment in October 2025.
Fabrizio Romano confirmed this new development via his official x handle saying:
Luciano Spalletti and Juventus have reached an agreement in principle over new deal. It will be valid until June 2028, two more years together. Spalletti will continue as Juve manager, as always reported.
Official confirmation is expected within 24 hours, with reports indicating an announcement could arrive imminently.

Spalletti is set to earn between €5 million and €6 million per season, including bonuses, as the club backs him to lead their rebuild.
Meanwhile, Juventus continue to assess midfield options ahead of the summer, with Xaver Schlager under close consideration. The RB Leipzig midfielder has been monitored since January, with the Italian side exploring a potential free transfer when his contract expires in June.
