Speaking in comments confirmed by Fabrizio Romano via his x handle, Mbappé said:
At Real Madrid, you have to know how to deal with criticism. It happened to Ronaldo, to Di Stefano… I don’t see why I should be an exception. You just have to stay calm, concentrate and improve
His comments come just days after confirming he is fully fit following a knee injury that sidelined him for around a month earlier in 2026. The forward has also dismissed concerns about his preparation for the upcoming FIFA World Cup, emphasizing his experience and consistency at the highest level.
