Gavi returns to team training after long injury, reports @mundodeportivo. He’s gonna back available soon and preparing to return into the matchday squad asap.

The La Masia graduate suffered a knee injury early in the season and underwent arthroscopic surgery in September. Given previous complications related to his knee, the club’s medical staff have taken a cautious approach throughout his rehabilitation process, ensuring he was not rushed back prematurely.

In recent days, Gavi had gradually increased his workload first returning to individual pitch sessions, then incorporating ball work, before steadily building intensity. He has now entered the final phase of recovery and was able to complete part of today’s full team session. His definitive return to competitive action will depend on his physical response in the coming days, but internally this is viewed as a major positive step.
