Alejandro Garnacho has been dragged by fans since he removed his profile pictures and deleted a lot of images from his Instagram, even though he still has some images and videos related to Chelsea on his page.

Softfootball believes the start of this backlash was when Garnacho went to dye his hair, especially as his performances have not lived up to the expectations fans have for him at Chelsea.

In reality, one cannot keep giving the same output and expect different results without thinking of change. At Manchester United, he was criticised until he left and signed for Chelsea. Fans now claim Garnacho wants validation, but his performances do not yet merit it.

There is something Garnacho needs to understand, playing for a big club like Chelsea comes with constant demands for greatness. If he were at a smaller club like Real Betis, similar to Antony who left Manchester United for Real Betis, the pressure would not be the same.

If he wants to remain in the good books of fans, Alejandro Garnacho needs to back it up with performances. However, SoftFootball condemns attacks on his personal life. This is the reality of being at a top club as it leads to more attention, faster social media growth, and higher expectations compared to smaller teams where less is demanded.
