Fulham are reportedly pushing to complete a late transfer deal for Super Eagles winger Samuel Chukwueze from Italian Serie A giants AC Milan.

According to transfer experts Matteo Moretto and Fabrizio Romano, the Premier League club are exploring the possibility of bringing the Nigerian international to Craven Cottage before the transfer window closes.

Softfootball reports that Chukwueze’s chances of regular football at AC Milan could become even more difficult following the arrival of Joao Felix from Chelsea on loan.

The 25-year-old has struggled to secure a consistent starting role under Milan manager Sergio Conceicao this season, often playing second fiddle to Christian Pulisic on the right wing.

Chukwueze has also found himself behind Yunus Musah, who has been deployed in the same position on several occasions this campaign.

The former Villarreal star has featured in 19 Serie A matches this season but has started only eight of those games.

Chukwueze joined AC Milan from Villarreal in 2023 for a reported €28 million fee and could now be on the verge of returning to the Premier League with Fulham.
