Joao Felix has expressed his desire to remain at AC Milan beyond the end of his current loan deal, which expires in June.
The Portuguese forward joined the Rossoneri on loan from Barcelona and has made a promising start, scoring his first goal for the club in the Coppa Italia against Roma.
Speaking at a press conference, Felix revealed that Sergio Conceição’s willingness to play him in his preferred position was a key factor behind his decision to join Milan.

Felix was quoted saying: .
He never told me how much I would play, but that I would play in my role: this convinced me to come to Milan.
The 25-year-old also praised the atmosphere at San Siro and admitted he would be interested in staying at the club permanently. Felix said:
For now I am on loan until June. Let’s see how it goes.
For the moment I am really liking everything: the club, the people, the infrastructure. If there was the possibility of staying at Milan I would like it.”
