El Bilal Touré leaves Atalanta to join Besiktas on season long loan with an obligation to buy, Softfootball reports.
The striker who turns 24 in October is not in the plans of Atalanta manager, Ivan Juric. The Coach sent him on loan to VfB Stuttgart last season but his progress was hampered by injury.

According to Football Transfer Expert, Fabrizio Romano via his official X handle, he revealed that the player has picked Besiktas over other clubs in for his services.
He said:
“El Bilal Touré leaves Atalanta to join Besiktas on initial loan deal with buy clause.
“Up next for Besiktas: Tiago Djaló from Juventus, deal advanced.”
Besiktas are looking to improve their squad under former Manchester United manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as they compete in the Turkish lig and UEFA Conference League.
Despite his history with injuries, Dutch clubs PSV and Feyenoord were interested in his services for this summer but Besiktas was the project he picked for the new season. El Bilal Touré will be eager to prove himself this season after failing to shine at Atalanta and Stuttgart in previous seasons.
Interestingly, Atalanta paid €30.2m plus add-ons move to UD Almeria in July 2023 to make El Bilal Touré the most expensive player in the club’s history but injuries stalled his progress as he made just 17 competitive appearances for La Gea, scoring three goals and recorded just one assist.
El Bilal Toure will become the teammate of former Former Leicester midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi who joined Besiktas this summer. Toure will need to pass his medicals first and get international clearance before he can put pen to paper for the Turkish side, who are showing real ambitions this summer.
The transfer window ends on September 1 but the Turkish transfer windows extends for a week.
