Denmark Under-21 coach Steffen Højer has revealed that the country’s football authorities are closely monitoring the progress of Manchester United youngster Chido Obi.
According to information available to SoftFootball, the highly rated striker remains eligible to represent both Denmark and Nigeria at international level, with his rapid development attracting growing attention from national team selectors.
Højer praised the teenager’s potential and suggested Denmark will continue to follow his progress as he looks to establish himself at Manchester United, saying:
