Chelsea fans are not messing around with support for their team or critcising them when the need arises as they look to try and help players maintain the high standards set by past stars, Softfootball reports.
Chelsea beat Wolves 4-3 in the EFL Cup round of 16 and will play Wales side Cardiff in the last eight of the competition in December.
Under the post made by Chelsea via their official X handle after the encounter with struggling Wolves, Blues fans were left baffled that their team defended poorly and conceded three goals.
According to @CFCBlueTomorrow, Chelsea defending was embarrassing and also blamed manager Enzo Maresca for his coaching stayle. He wrote:
These defenders are truly embarrassing. We need more experience. They are so fragile in defence it’s frightening.
The red cards are a huge issue too. These players are so petulant and undisciplined. The inexperience shows, but it’s also POOR man management and coaching from Maresca and his staff. Something needs to be done because this is shocking.
@Sosmacy pleaded with the club to invest in a new centerback and goalkeeper because he feared the worst against better teams. He said:
Please, buy a centre back and a quality goal keeper.
We can’t keep on watching uncle Tosin and Chalobah.
If the former with his height can’t help us with set pieces, then what exactly is he good at?
He can’t progress the ball, he’s not good with one on one, makes silly mistakes and so on.
How are we expected to compete with the back line??

Massive relief, but these players embarrassed themselves in the second half. We looked phenomenal in the first and then played like a relegation side in the second. 3-0 up at half time and we almost blew it.

Tosin kept getting sticks for his performer and summed up by @swank_pr. He said:
Tosin is shit as always , defence is the worst in England at the moment , most of the players are mid and nowhere being world class !!
