The Super Falcons have appointed Brenda Shima as their new media manager, with the appointment confirmed on Friday, October 2, 2026.
Softfootball understands that Shima is a sports broadcaster with TVC and brings significant experience in sports journalism and broadcasting to the role.
She previously worked with Ray Power FM and AIT, where she was part of the team behind the popular programme Kakaki.
Shima has built a reputation through her coverage of sports, with a particular focus on women’s football, making her a notable addition to the Super Falcons’ backroom staff.
The appointment comes as Nigeria prepares for its 2028 Olympic Games qualifying campaign, with Shima set to begin her new responsibilities immediately.
Her first assignment is during the Super Falcons’ Olympic qualifier against Comoros.
