Barcelona Women have been crowned Best Women’s Team at the 2025 Globe Soccer Awards, held on Sunday, December 28, 2025, in Dubai, recognizing their outstanding performances over the past season.
Softfootball gathered, the Spanish giants enjoyed a dominant 2024–2025 Primera División campaign, finishing as league champions with 84 points and suffering just two defeats all season. Their consistency and attacking quality once again set them apart in Spanish women’s football.
Barcelona Women also impressed on the European stage, reaching the 2025 UEFA Women’s Champions League final, where they finished as runners-up after a narrow 1–0 defeat to Arsenal. Despite falling short in the final, their overall performances throughout the competition earned widespread praise.
The Globe Soccer Awards ceremony celebrated excellence across football, with several notable winners on the night. Los Angeles FC claimed the award for Best Club Branding, Jorge Mendes was named Best Football Agent, and Bilal Haddad won the Koora Best Sports Content Creator in the Middle East award. Portugal were also honored as Best National Team of the Year 2025.
