According to the club on their official X handle, he is expected to recover in two weeks. They posted,

First-team player Fermín López has a small injury to the soleus muscle in his right leg, and his estimated recovery time is around two weeks.

The young player has had a great performance with Barcelona this season, having played 12 matches in all competitions and scored up to seven goals.

He has showcased his energy and skills as an attacking midfielder quite well even in the 6-1 victory over Olympiacos in the Champions League.

This new injury might cause Lopez to miss out on several upcoming games including the match against Alavés and Atlético Madrid.

The club referred to the injury as a minor one, so this could lessen some worries and raise hopes that he’ll soon be back better and fully fit.

Still, the medical team will continue to watch him closely to ensure that he is fully ready to return to action at the speculated time.

For now, his absence would push Hansi Flick to adjust his lineup even though he had publicly emphasized why Lopez was a very important player to the club.

The timing may be imperfect and unfortunate but the short break is important for him mainly to avoid escalation or long term issues.

The club and fans will be hoping that Fermín actually returns in two weeks and very importantly, in good shape, fully ready to continue his wonders for Barcelona as they continue their season.
