Aston Villa forward Brad Burrowes has signed a new long-term contract with the club after turning 18 earlier this month, securing his future at Villa Park.
Softfootball understands that The contract extension comes during a mixed run of results for Aston Villa. The side recently suffered a 3–1 defeat to Manchester United, with goals from Casemiro, Matheus Cunha and Benjamin Šeško sealing the win despite Ross Barkley’s equaliser.
Earlier in the month, Villa were also beaten 4–1 by Chelsea FC, highlighting a challenging period for the club despite positive developments off the pitch.
The deal was confirmed by Fabrizio Romano on his x handle, with the highly rated England youth international represented by Unique Sports Group. The club views Burrowes as one of its most promising talents.

Burrowes has impressed at youth level this season, scoring nine goals in 10 Premier League 2 appearances, alongside five goals in four FA Youth Cup matches and one in the UEFA Youth League.
