The pre-season match which will be played in Singapore game will see both sides feature new signings and AC Milan will have their new manager, Massimiliano Allegri on the sidelines.

Speaking to BBC Sports ahead of the match, Arsenal’s new signing Zubimendi expressed his excitement ahead of his Gunners debut.

Zubimendi said:

“I think I’m going to try to do things I didn’t do before. Playing in that position, I’ll try to bring balance and provide that passing outlet that I’m known for.

“Beyond that, I’m sure he’ll ask me to do new things.”

Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta is confident in his new signing and confirms the position he will be playing for the North London side in the new season.

Arteta explained:

“Six. Really excited. And again as I said before when you have him every single day, just around the building, just in training sessions, how he captures the information, how he processes things on the pitch, it’s very impressive.

“I’m very, very happy to have him.”

English fans would remember Zubimendi because he played for Spain in the final of the Euro Championship in 2014 when they beat England.

Meanwhile, AC Milan Coach Allegri is set to use his latest hybrid system in the Arsenal game, with formation expected to be a 3-5-2 and new signing Samuele Ricci starting in central midfield, Christian Pulisic and Rafael Leao up front.
