Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta says his team needs a reset after they drew 2-2 against Sunderland at the Stadium of Light, Softfootball reports.
The premier league match-day 11 was keenly contested by both side and Bukayo Saka canceled out Daniel Ballard’s opener before Leandro Trossard gave the Gunners the lead but Brian Brobbey scored in the last minute as Sunderland held Arsenal to a 2-2 draw.
After the match, Arsenal’s official X handle shared an interview of the manager, Mikel Arteta. He said:
Now we reset with the international break, get the [international] players back nice and healthy, the ones that are not healthy make sure that they get healthy, and we go again.
We’ll look back at what we’ve done, take all of the positive things that we do, the things that we have the opportunity to improve as well and start to plan what is coming because it’s going to be very demanding.
Our supporters have been amazing again today, thank you so much. They’ve been all over us the last few weeks, and we’re going to need them with us.
Before the game against Sunderland, Arsenal beat Slavia Prague 3-0 after defeating Atletico Madrid 4-0 at the Emirates in the UEFA Champions League. The Sunderland draw is surely one result, Arteta wouldn’t like very much despite it not being a defeat.

The Gunners remain top with 26 points and the goals they conceded against Sunderland were the first they conceded since September.
After the international break, Arsenal have a North London derby on November, 23 in the premier league and three days later play in the UEFA Champions League against the high flying Bayern Munich.
