Arsenal have been tracking Víctor Valdepeñas since October, with AC Milan also keen on the highly rated Spanish defender, Softfootball reports.

The 19-year-old Real Madrid Castilla defender, capable of playing at left-back or centre-back, has already made one senior appearance and is regarded as one of the club’s most promising young talents.
Real Madrid are expected to make a decision on his future in the coming months, with growing interest from across Europe.
Mikel Arteta is eager to strengthen Arsenal’s defensive options, but the Gunners face strong competition. AC Milan have long admired the Spain U19 international, while Borussia Dortmund and Bayer Leverkusen are also closely monitoring his progress. Several Bundesliga clubs are keeping tabs on his situation as well.
Valdepeñas’ release clause now exceeds €50 million, making the upcoming summer window potentially decisive. Milan are also evaluating alternative defensive profiles, including Barcelona’s Gerard Martin, though Hansi Flick values the versatile left-back and has used him regularly this season, which could complicate any potential move.
