Manchester United will travel to face Brentford in the Premier League this Saturday without two key players, as the squad deals with both personal and fitness setbacks, Softfootball reports.
As announced by Coach Ruben Amorim, winger Amad Diallo has been granted compassionate leave following a family bereavement, ruling him out of the clash.

According to Fabrizio Romano via his official X handle stated that Amad will be absence from United’s game this weekend due to family commitments.
He wrote:
Amad is not with us, as a member of his family passed away. We are giving all the support to Amad and understood he needed to return home.

Meanwhile, head coach Ruben Amorim has confirmed that defender Noussair Mazraoui has suffered another injury setback.
The Moroccan international, who already missed the early part of the season with a muscular issue, was absent from Thursday’s training session at Carrington. Amorim revealed in his pre-match press conference that Mazraoui will not return until after the October international break, with the fixture against Liverpool on October 19 earmarked as a possible comeback.
Fabrizio wrote on his official X handle:
Noussair Mazraoui will be out until the international break.
“These absences present Amorim with a fresh challenge as he seeks to maintain momentum after last weekend’s crucial 2-1 victory over Chelsea at Old Trafford. Goals from Bruno Fernandes and Casemiro helped United bounce back from a shaky start to the season, with the match turning in their favour following the early dismissal of Blues goalkeeper Robert Sánchez.
However, Brentford will be hoping to reaffirm their strong home run this weekend after recording a 2-2 draw with Chelsea in a fierce London derby at the Gtech stadium six days ago.
Manchester United are currently in the 11th position with seven points while Brentford stays in the 17th position with four points.
