Fulham midfielder Alex Iwobi reached another career milestone after becoming the second Nigerian with the most Premier League appearances during his side’s 3-2 defeat to West Ham United. The 28-year-old featured for the 274th time in England’s top flight, moving ahead of Nigerian legend Nwankwo Kanu on the all-time list.

Iwobi achieved the landmark after another start for Fulham at the London Stadium, although his team ended the evening empty-handed.
