Díaz grabbed the first hat-trick of his Bayern Munich career as the German giants bounced back from recent draws with a ruthless 5–1 demolition of 10-man Hoffenheim on Sunday night, Softfootball reports.

Harry Kane opened the scoring from the penalty spot after 20 minutes and restored Bayern’s lead with another spot-kick before halftime, taking his Bundesliga tally to 86 goals in just 84 games. Díaz then completed his treble with goals in the 45th, 62nd and 89th minutes to seal a commanding win.

The result moved Bayern six points clear at the top of the table, with Kane praising Díaz for a “fantastic night.” A light-hearted moment also caught attention, as 17-year-old Lennart Karl lost the ball while attempting a flashy dribble, drawing laughs and thumbs-up from the Bayern bench.

Michael Olise registered his 16th assist of the league campaign, already surpassing his total from last season. Despite the defeat, Hoffenheim remain on 42 points after 20 games, enjoying the best Bundesliga season in their history and equalling their club record with five consecutive wins.
