Nnadozie’s arrival represents a significant boost for the team as preparations intensify ahead of the crucial two-legged qualifier.

The Super Falcons are continuing their build-up to the matches against Comoros, with the coaching staff expected to welcome more players before the first leg.

However, Nigeria will be without several established stars for the Olympic qualifying fixtures.

Asisat Oshoala has requested to be excused from the matches, while defender Ashleigh Plumptre remains unavailable due to a sprain and ligament injury.

The SL Benfica duo of Oluwatosin Demehin and Flourish Sabastine will also miss the games as they continue the process of securing their residence permits in Portugal.

Despite those absences, the arrival of Nnadozie increases the options available to the coaching staff as the Super Falcons prepare for the qualification campaign.

Nigeria will face Comoros in a two-legged tie, with both matches scheduled to take place at the Remo Stars Sports Complex in Ikenne.

The Super Falcons will be aiming to secure qualification to the next stage of the race for a place at the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
