RC Strasbourg have agreed a deal to sign Deivid Washington from Chelsea on a permanent transfer, Softfootball understands.
The French club have reached an agreement with Chelsea for the Brazilian forward, with Deivid expected to arrive today to complete the remaining formalities of the move.
The deal is now done, bringing an end to the 19-year-old’s spell at Stamford Bridge as he prepares for a new chapter in Ligue 1.
Deivid joined Chelsea from Santos and has spent much of his time competing for opportunities within a highly competitive attacking squad. The permanent move to Strasbourg will now give him the opportunity to develop with greater first-team responsibility.

The transfer comes as Chelsea also prepare to host Shakhtar Donetsk at Stamford Bridge during the 2026/27 Champions League campaign.
Shakhtar have officially confirmed that they will use Chelsea’s iconic stadium for their European home matches this season, temporarily making Stamford Bridge their Champions League base in London.
