Tottenham have now joined the race for Nigerian forward Victor Osimhen from Galatasaray, as top European clubs continue to shop for strikers ahead of the new season.
Osimhen, who scored in Galatasaray’s 3–3 draw against Rennes in their 2026 pre‑season encounter, has already attracted interest from Chelsea, Real Madrid, Liverpool, and now spurs.
Softfootball however understands Galatasaray could be open to a sale, but only if any club meets the asking price set for the Nigerian striker.
Considering Tottenham’s poor performance in the 2025/26 season, where they narrowly avoided relegation, Osimhen might not be strongly interested in joining Spurs. However, Spurs manager De Zerbi is pushing to convince him to join their new project, and the situation remains open.
