Chidera Ejuke provided his first assist in La Liga as Sevilla secured a dominant 4-0 victory over Real Valladolid.

The Nigerian winger came off the bench with fifteen minutes remaining and set up Dodi Lukebakio for the fourth goal in the 84th minute. Softfootball reports that this contribution helped end the team’s recent winless streak.

Sevilla took an early lead through Juanlu Sanchez before Issac Romero doubled the advantage just before halftime.

Sanchez added his second goal in the 67th minute to put the game beyond doubt, allowing Ejuke to make his mark late on. The comprehensive win moves Sevilla up to eleventh place in the table with 31 points.

This performance marks a positive step for Ejuke in his fourteenth appearance of the season. After failing to win any of their previous three matches, the Andalusian club will look to build on this momentum as they aim to climb further up the standings in the competitive Spanish top flight.
