Nigeria U20, the Flying Eagles, brushed aside Ghana U20, the Black Satellites, with a commanding 4–2 victory in their opening match of the WAFU B U‑20 AFCON Qualifying Tournament at the Stade Charles Konan Banny in Yamoussoukro, Côte d’Ivoire.

The Flying Eagles took control early, showing intensity and sharpness, and went into halftime with a 3–1 lead before sealing an impressive 4–2 win over their West African rivals.
