Cyriel Dessers maintained his excellent run in front of goal as Rangers defeated Dundee United 3-1 in the Scottish Premiership.
The Nigerian striker has now scored in four consecutive matches and has remarkably found the net six times in his last four appearances for Philippe Clement’s side. Softfootball understands Dessers is enjoying one of his best scoring streaks since arriving at Ibrox, providing a timely boost for Rangers during a crucial stage of the season.
Dundee United took the lead through Sam Dalby before Mohamed Diomande restored parity before halftime.

Robin Propper then put Rangers ahead early in the second half before Dessers wrapped up the victory in the 86th minute with another composed finish.
Diomande was later shown a straight red card deep into stoppage time, but the dismissal did little to spoil Rangers’ celebrations.
The victory moved Rangers to 50 points, although they remain 10 points behind league leaders Celtic as the title race continues.
