Gavi has reacted to the reported clash between Aurélien Tchouaméni and Federico Valverde, while speaking to Mundo Deportivo. The Barcelona midfielder stated that if players are seen fighting using their hands, in his view the manager should not allow them to play the next game.

This was his exact statement:
“Tchouameni-Valverde? If you fight using your hands, in my view the coach should NOT let you play the next game
If it’s true… in my opinion, it was a mistake to play (Tchouamény) in El Clásico. But I do not know what really happened”
Softfootball gathered that contrary to Gavi’s opinion, Real Madrid manager Álvaro Arbeloa still confirmed Aurélien Tchouaméni was available for El Clásico, amid reports of a training session clash with Valverde.
