Softfootball can confirm Ghana national football team have been drawn in Group C alongside Ivory Coast national football team, Gambia national football team and Somalia national football team for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The draw, held in Cairo, confirmed the Black Stars’ path to the tournament via a post o their official x handle, with qualification spots available for the top two teams in each of the 12 groups. The 2027 AFCON will be jointly hosted by Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda—marking the first time the competition will be co-hosted in East Africa.
