Wolves have left Nigerian striker Tolu Arokodare out of their pre‑season camp in Portugal, a decision that has intensified rumours that the forward could be heading to Fiorentina this summer.

Softfootball understands Wolves have rejected Fiorentina’s bid, with the club unwilling to approve a transfer under the terms presented. The Italian side submitted a proposal for the striker, but Wolves declined, keeping Arokodare at the club for now.

There is also renewed interest from Trabzonspor, though their pursuit remains uncertain. Despite the approach, indications show Arokodare does not currently see himself joining Trabzonspor, as he is determined to play in a more competitive league.
