Super Eagles and Enugu Rangers International duo, Kenneth Igboke and Oputa Chibueze, have joined in celebrating Nigeria’s triumph at the 2026 Unity Cup after playing key roles in the tournament.

The two players were among the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) stars invited to represent the Super Eagles at the competition, which concluded with Nigeria being crowned champions following a dominant 3–0 victory over Jamaica at The Valley Stadium in London.

Softfootball gathered images of the duo celebrating the historic achievement alongside their Enugu Rangers manager, highlighting the strong representation of the reigning NPFL champions within the national team setup.
Igboke and Chibueze were instrumental in Enugu Rangers’ successful 2025/26 Nigeria Premier Football League title-winning campaign, earning recognition with their call-ups to the national team.

Notably, several established Super Eagles stars, including Victor Osimhen, Ademola Lookman, and Samuel Chukwueze, were absent from the tournament. Chukwueze, in particular, traveled to Nigeria to attend the burial of his mother and was therefore unavailable for selection.
