PSG Get Lucky Again in Coupe de France Draw

Paris Saint-Germain have once again benefited from a favorable Coupe de France draw. Luis Enrique’s squad will travel to take on fourth-tier club Stade Briochin in the quarter-finals.

This year’s tournament has been full of surprises, with many Ligue 1 teams failing to progress. Heavyweights like Lille OSC and OGC Nice suffered shock exits against lower-league opponents in the Round of 16. Stade Briochin, who pulled off a stunning win against Nice, now face the ultimate test against PSG.

Elsewhere in the draw, Stade Brestois will challenge Ligue 2 side USL Dunkerque, who edged out Lille in a tense penalty shootout. AS Cannes, from National 2, will welcome Ligue 2’s EA Guingamp, who eliminated Toulouse.

Meanwhile, SCO Angers, who knocked out Strasbourg, await either Bourgoin-Jallieu (N3) or Stade de Reims. If Reims triumph in their delayed Round of 16 clash, they will set up the only all-Ligue 1 showdown in the next stage.

Coupe de France Quarter-Final Draw:

🔹 Brest (L1) 🆚 Dunkerque (L2)
🔹 Cannes (N2) 🆚 Guingamp (L2)
🔹 Stade Briochin (N2) 🆚 PSG (L1)
🔹 Angers (L1) 🆚 Bourgoin-Jallieu (N3) OR Reims (L1)

PSG’s path to the final looks smoother than ever, but can the underdogs spring another surprise? 👀🔥
