Baris Yilmaz also scored twice for the Turkish champions, while Yunus Akgun added another as Galatasaray overwhelmed their visitors with an impressive attacking performance. Stephane Bahoken grabbed a late consolation for Kayserispor, but it did little to affect the outcome of the contest.
The emphatic victory strengthened Galatasaray’s grip at the top of the Turkish Super Lig standings heading into the winter break.
