Nottingham Forest head coach Nuno Espirito Santo has praised Super Eagles defender Ola Aina after his superb strike in the club’s convincing 3-0 victory over West Ham United in Saturday’s Premier League clash, Softfootball reports.
Aina crowned an impressive individual performance with Forest’s third goal of the afternoon, putting the finishing touch on a dominant display at the City Ground.
Chris Wood had opened the scoring before Callum Hudson-Odoi doubled the hosts’ advantage. Aina then wrapped up the victory with a brilliant finish to cap another outstanding performance for the Reds.
The goal marked the Nigerian defender’s first in the Premier League since November 2023, when he also scored in Forest’s 2-0 victory over Aston Villa.
