Darwin Núñez has been the topic of too many discussions since he joined Al-Hilal from Liverpool and now his representatives are fighting back the recent claims suggesting that he might leave early, Softfootball reports.
Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed this update on his official X handle, saying,

Darwin Nunez’s camp, playing down reports of January exit from Al Hilal despite recent reports. Nunez, completely focused on Al Hilal and happy to stay at the club.
Softfootball had given a detailed report on Nunez joining Al-Hilal for a fee around £46–53 million after he scored 40 goals in 143 appearances for Liverpool.
The transfer was seen as a chance for him to reset his career under a fresh challenge in Saudi Arabia as he could not impress his former coach, Arne Slot.
Al Nassr had also approached Liverpool for Nunez earlier in January but they turned down the £60 million offer from them. But not too long after settling down in Al-Hilal, rumours began circulating that Núñez might already be unhappy.
It was mentioned that he was having a hard time adapting to the league, worried about the competitive level, and even considering a return to South America or a fresh start elsewhere in Europe.
Nunez camp proceeded to debunk these rumours, emphasizing that there is no departure and the striker is happy at his new club. Nunez remains fully focused on Al‑Hilal and committed to giving his best rather than seeking to move in January.
