The Super Falcons’ goalkeeping unit took centre stage during Nigeria’s final training session ahead of the second-leg clash against Comoros in the Olympics 2028 qualifiers.
SoftFootball Media captured Chiamaka Nnadozie, Comfort Erhabor, and Christiana Uzoma undergoing intensive goalkeeping drills at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne, Ogun State, as the team completed preparations on Monday, October 12, 2026.
The trio worked through a series of exercises designed to improve reflexes, positioning, communication, ball distribution and shot-stopping as the Super Falcons fine-tuned their readiness for the crucial encounter.
Nigeria heads into the return leg in a strong position after securing a 2-0 victory in the first meeting, with Michelle Alozie and Uchenna Kanu finding the back of the net to hand the Super Falcons an important advantage.
While Nnadozie remains Nigeria’s established first-choice goalkeeper, Erhabor and Uzoma continue to push hard in training as the coaching staff looks to maintain healthy competition across all positions.
The focused training session highlighted the determination within the squad as preparations entered their final phase before kick-off.
With a place in the next round of the qualification campaign at stake, the Super Falcons will be relying on every member of the squad, including the goalkeeping department, to maintain their high standards and help secure progression.
