Newcastle United have opened negotiations to secure a new long-term contract for rising star Lewis Miley.

According to Fabrizio Romano via his x handle, talks are already underway as the club look to fend off growing interest from several top sides across Europe. Newcastle view the talented midfielder as a key part of their long-term project and are keen to build the team around him.
