Softfootball can Manchester United have announced via their official X handle that Casemiro, Jadon Sancho and Tyrell Malacia will leave the club after their contracts expired, marking the end of an important chapter for all three players at Old Trafford.
Manchester United statement:
Everyone at the club would like to thank Casemiro, Tyrell and Jadon for their contributions to United and wish them the very best of luck for the future 🤝
Once a Red, always a Red ❤️
The departures come as United continue reshaping their squad ahead of the new season. The club recently completed the signing of Éderson in a deal worth €45 million, while goalkeeper Senne Lammens was recognised as the Premier League Signing of the Season for 2025/26.
Casemiro departs after four seasons with United, having made 160 appearances and scored 26 goals. The Brazilian midfielder played a key role in the club’s 2023 Carabao Cup triumph, scoring in the final against Newcastle United, and was also part of the squad that lifted the FA Cup in 2024.

Malacia leaves after joining from Feyenoord in 2022. Despite battling injury setbacks throughout his time in Manchester, the Dutch full-back made 50 first-team appearances and was part of the squad that won the Carabao Cup in 2023.
Sancho’s United career comes to an end after arriving in 2021. The winger made 83 appearances for the club and contributed to the 2023 Carabao Cup success before spending time on loan at Borussia Dortmund, Chelsea and Aston Villa.

Manchester United thanked all three departing players for their service and wished them success in the next stage of their careers.
