Argentina young star Franco Mastantuno has been ruled out of the team’s upcoming game against Venezuela and Puerto Rice due to injury. The Real Madrid young star suffered muscle strain in his left leg and wont be able to participate in any of the game.

Lionel Scaloni’s side are scheduled to take on Venezuela on Friday as part of their international friendlies break features, Softfootball reports.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed the development via his official x handle. He said:

Mastantuno’s return to Real Madrid is precautionary, and Argentina’s medical team has acted to avoid aggravating the injury.

The talented midfielder’s setback comes shortly after Angel Di Maria praised him publicly, tipping him for a bright future at Santiago Bernabéu under Xabi Alonso.
