AC Milan director Zlatan Ibrahimovic believes Rafael Leao has the tools to be a world-class player, but says the Portuguese winger needs to trust himself more consistently in order to get there over the coming seasons.
The comments came after Leao featured in Milan’s goalless draw with Juventus on Saturday evening.

Softfootball learned that Ibrahimovic reflected on Leao’s growth since arriving at the club as a young player still finding his feet in Italian football at the time.
When I met him he was a kid, now he’s more mature and he’s the footballer,”
he said.
As a footballer he has to make the difference, he’s one of the best in the world and he has to prove it.
Ibrahimovic suggested Leao may not fully grasp his own ability yet at this stage of his career. He added:
I think he doesn’t know how strong he is, when he understands it everything will come out,
noting the pressure that comes with his talent.
