The games also gave head coach Eric Chelle the opportunity to evaluate different tactical options and examine the capabilities of several players.

Gusau believes the exposure will benefit the national team as preparations continue for more important competitions.

The federation has placed emphasis on building a stronger squad capable of competing at major international tournaments.

The matches against different opposition also provided valuable experience for players who are still establishing themselves internationally.

Chelle is expected to use the lessons from the games when selecting his squad for upcoming fixtures.

Gusau’s assessment suggests that the NFF remains confident in the direction of the team under the new coaching setup.

The Super Eagles will now turn their attention to future assignments, with supporters expecting further improvement.

The federation president will hope the positive aspects of the recent matches can be maintained.

Nigeria’s objective remains to build a competitive national team capable of achieving success in Africa and securing qualification for major global tournaments.
