Boniface transfer heats up as Al Nassr target striker

Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr is actively pursuing Nigerian forward Victor Boniface, aiming to bolster their attack after Talisca’s exit to Turkish side Fenerbahce.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed Al Nassr’s intent, stating on X:
“Al Nassr has officially opened talks for Victor Boniface as their new striker. Negotiations are underway with Bayer Leverkusen to replace Talisca.”

Romano also noted that Jhon Durán from Aston Villa is another option, though Aston Villa is reluctant to let him go.

Boniface, 23, recently extended his contract with Bayer Leverkusen, securing his stay with the Bundesliga champions until 2029. This deal positions him as one of the club’s highest earners.

Leverkusen is reportedly demanding a minimum fee of €50m to part with their star forward, making this a high-stakes negotiation for Al Nassr.
