Eberechi Eze has handed Arsenal a major injury concern. Softfootball understands that the attacking midfielder sustained a calf problem during their UEFA Champions League victory over Bayer 04 Leverkusen.
According to recent reports from transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano on his official X channel, Manager Mikel Arteta has since confirmed that the injury will be reassessed with a scan in the next 6–7 days to determine its severity.

Eze, who joined from Crystal Palace in the summer of 2025 for £68 million, was forced off despite scoring in the match, raising immediate concerns among fans and staff.
