The 24-year-old continued his impressive goalscoring form by netting his 12th and 13th league goals of the campaign, extending his tally after already surpassing last season’s return.

Beyond his two goals, Arokodare produced an outstanding all-round display, registering five shots on target and completing 22 passes before being substituted in the 83rd minute.

His performance helped Genk remain at the top of the Belgian Pro League standings, maintaining their advantage over closest challengers Club Brugge as the title race gathers momentum.
