AFC Bournemouth fans are loving life right now and a lot of that excitement is down to their new Brazilian gem, Rayan.
The Cherries shared a special video on their official X account showing Rayan settling into life in England and making his first Premier League start, and supporters quickly flooded the comments with love for the 19 year old.

He’s already making an impact on the pitch too. On his Premier League debut, Rayan provided an assist to help Bournemouth secure a 2–0 win over Wolverhampton Wanderers on January 31, 2026 the perfect start to his England chapter.
Watch highlight below;
The winger arrived on the South Coast after Bournemouth reached a verbal agreement in principle worth around €35 million with Vasco da Gama. Rayan signed a five-and-a-half-year contract that includes a reported €100 million release clause, underlining just how highly the club rates him. He was brought in as a direct replacement for Antoine Semenyo, who completed a move to Manchester City earlier this month.
Around the league, late drama has been the theme. Bournemouth themselves stunned Liverpool with a dramatic 3–2 win at the Vitality Stadium on January 24, with Amine Adli firing home a 95th-minute winner to hand Liverpool their first defeat since November.
According to Softfootball, Bournemouth’s early signs with Rayan point to a smart piece of business and if his debut is anything to go by, Cherries fans are in for a fun ride.
